Eleven of the twelve brushed me off. I mean, really brushed me off. My safety didn't matter. Finally, I called East Court Ford Lincoln and John in service answered the phone. Thank God he did! Thank you John! He got me in pretty much right away. He treated me with respect and genuinely showed concern and compassion regarding my safety and situation. He spoke to me with transparency and he carries himself with professionalism and integrity. Seeing as my car is older, I don't normally take it to the Ford dealership for service.
